What counts toward my plan cap?

Only published properties count. Drafts are unlimited, and archived properties stop counting until you republish them.

What happens when I hit the cap?

You can still create and edit drafts. Publishing another property requires upgrading, or archiving an existing published property first.

How do downgrade retention rules work?

Starter keeps up to the first 5 Starter-stage published properties. Growth, Pro and Scale retain the first 15, 30 and 50 by deterministic publish sequence. Anything above the retained set is archived, not deleted.

What happens after a failed payment?

Billing enters a 7-day grace period. If payment is still unresolved after grace, the account downgrades to Starter and properties above Starter retention are archived.

Is UAE VAT included?

Stripe Tax adds 5% UAE VAT at checkout when applicable. Invoices can include your TRN when you provide it in Stripe Customer Portal.

Do public share pages track buyers?

No. Public share pages never load GA4 or PostHog. We only count anonymous WhatsApp clicks server-side, with IP and user agent stored as HMAC hashes for 90 days.

Is unit_number ever public?

No. unit_number is broker-private and never appears on public share pages, folios, previews, metadata or analytics events.

Can I publish a building that is not in the catalog?

No. Published properties must use the curated Dubai building catalog. If a building is missing, submit an admin overlay request from the property form.

What is Enterprise for?

Enterprise is for 50+ published properties, custom limits and a direct commercial agreement. Start the conversation from the WhatsApp link.

Are there team seats or assistant roles?

Not in MVP. The workspace is broker-first and single-account, with no agency, team, assistant, CRM or notification features yet.
